It is with great pleasure that I am writing this letter of recommendation about the company Classic Products.
Before there is any work started, the company encourages the potential buyer to view their portfolio (which I might add is most impressive!).
The portfolio includes a colourful 15 minute DVD; a descriptive booklet of what the com¬pany is all about, and what to expect, and most important "Armand's" personal calling card is enclosed.
Armand becomes without a doubt, "The Man." He is the main contact person. If there Goodis a problem, any concern, slight delay, phone Armand. If you want the job neatly done...ask for Victor. Its that simple! Armand will even insist in order to make the job complete, the house should have snow guards. Better yet. .. he will put them on at no extra charge! Get this, the other competitors who want the same job, will charge you "EXTRA." Is it any won¬der why Classic Products got the job? Right! and it gets better. .. the installers (Victor and his crew), enjoy arriving early in the morning 7:00 a.m. ( as long as it is sunny). The men even stayed one night until 6:00 p.m. because they wanted to complete as much as possi¬ble! Wow..
That's unbelievable but true. Of course we are talking about the month of May, so the weather was exceptional! Weather also does playa part!
Cost-everyone always asks...how much? Folks.. Look at it this way. Yes, it is an investment. Soon after we had our house and garage completed we quickly notified our insurance agency. Boy did it make a difference... for the good! It does in fact increase the value of your home and garage (in our case), and it does keep the house cool in the summer, and no doubt it will maintain the heat in the winter. The best part, we didn't have to have our shingles removed! What a bonus and a time saver! Now wouldn't you call that an extra "R" factor to the house ( and garage)?
Further, the 40 year warranty is transferable. Written guarantee! In our lifetime, we won't have to worry about re-doing the roof.

After living for a summer and winter with my now roof, I can honestly say that it's great and it looks great! You don't know how many people stop to compliment me and ask about the roof.
Thank you to the sales staff, always very knowledgeable, courteous and always ready to answer any little question. Special thanks to Brad and his crew, who made the installation process painless by answering our questions and updating us on the progress of the installation. Great job! It was a pleasure having you around!

Like I told you we have had a Classic Products Roof on our cottage since 1990. We are on the east side of the lake with a nine mile open water, so we get all the heavy winds, snow, rain, and whatever else nature has in store for us.
The roof is now almost twenty years old now and we have experienced no leaks even with the harsh winds and storms. On top of it all, it still looks like new, as the pictures I have included shows. Classic Product Roofing is the best option on the market, even for us in Muskoka. We will definitely be recommending this company to anybody in need of a new roof because -there's no other way to put it -it's the best.

It is with great satisfaction that we are writing this letter.
The installers working on our roof were professional and able to answer all our questions. They were courteous and always cleaned up after work.
The Quality of their workmanship is excellent and we would have no problem referring Classic Products to anyone. The whole experience from the initial sale to the finished product was to our full satisfaction.
We have been stopped by several people passing by, who cannot say enough good things about the whole installation, service manager and the project as a whole.

Dear Norman:
When we were researching various options for our new roof, we quickly came to realize that a Classic Products' aluminum roof was the best value for money. Our previous asphalt roof was supposedly "new" ten years ago and it only lasted seven years. Neighbours and friends would comment on how deteriorated the asphalt tiles had become and that we should get it replaced soon before it started to leak.
We were price conscious and had originally thought that an aluminum roof was beyond our price range. After obtaining several astronomical quotes from some reputable asphalt roofing companies, we decided to inquire about an aluminum roof.
The information and education you provided to us helped us decide quickly. We were pleasantly surprised that for a marginally higher price, we could get a much more superior and permanent product.
The installers were professional and worked through some pretty severe weather in order to have our roof ready for the winter (and what a winter this is proving to be!). Our neighbours have commented on how well the new aluminfm roof complements the house. We went with a red rustic tile that matches the Edwardian period when our house was built.
We are extremely pleased with result and would highly recommend your product to anyone.

About two months ago I purchased a house and began a thorough and investigative research of possible roofing products to re-roof my new house. The last roof was shingled using asphalt shingles in 1989.
